You’ll get hands-on with farm animals, wildlife, and rescue cases—shadowing vets, visiting sanctuaries, clinics, and research centers around the Eternal City.

🛏 Double Room📍 In the city center

In Rome, students stay in Double Rooms in apartments located on Via Varese, in a central and well-connected area of the city. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a shared kitchen. With easy access to public transportation and many of Rome’s most iconic neighborhoods and attractions, the location makes it easy to explore the Eternal City outside of shadowing hours.

At least 4 rotations

*Note that program start date listed is always a Sunday and your housing is available from that day. The first day of shadowing is the Monday after move in day. The last day of the program stated is always a Saturday and housing is booked for you up until this morning. The last day of shadowing is the Thursday of that week. The last Friday is kept for final packing and personal tasks, therefore you can checkout on Friday instead of Saturday if that is preferable for you.
