Types of Payment Plans

Once you’ve paid your €300 deposit and are officially enrolled, you can choose between two payment options:

1. Full Payment: One lump sum, due 90 days before departure.

2. Installments: The balance is divided into several equal payments, spaced out based on your booking date and program start date.

Example Installment Plan

For a program starting July 14 and booked on October 30 of the previous year:

• October 30 – €300 Deposit

• January 14 – 1st Installment

• March 14 – 2nd Installment

• May 14 – Final Installment

• July 14 – Program Begins

💡 Note: Currency conversion and international fees are the student’s responsibility.

 

Final Payment Deadlines

• Installments: Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

• Full Payment: Due 90 days prior to departure.

Example: If your program starts on June 15:

Full Payment Plan: The full balance must be paid by March 15 (90 days before the program start date).

Installment Plan: The final installment and any remaining balance must be paid by April 15 (60 days before the program start date).

Missed Payments: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the program without refund, and extensions are not guaranteed.

 

How to Access Your Student Dashboard

To enroll in a payment plan:

• Access your Student Dashboard by creating an account through the enrollment portal.

• Follow the instructions provided to select your preferred payment option.

Changes

Changing Your Payment Plan After Selecting the Full Payment Option 

If you’re on a Full Payment Plan, you can request to switch to an installment plan instead, no later than 5 months before the start of your program.  To make this request, please email shadow@doctorsinitaly.com.

⚠️ Installment payment requests are not guaranteed and will be granted in case there is sufficient time available 

Changing Your Program 

You may change your enrolled program free of charge within five (5) months of your original program start date.  All changes are subject to availability.

Any change requests submitted after this five-month period will be subject to the program pricing in effect at the time the change is requested.

Participants who enrolled under an Early Bird promotion will retain their Early Bird pricing only if the requested change is made within the six-month free change window. Any changes requested after this period will be subject to the standard program pricing in effect at the time of the change, and any applicable price difference must be paid by the participant.

 

Coupon Code Usage

Discount Value

Coupon codes generally provide a €100 discount on the program fee. The discount is automatically deducted from the total tuition cost when a valid code is entered during the application process.

To ensure your coupon code is valid, it must be entered in the appropriate field of the application form during the application process.

Codes submitted after the application is completed or shared through any other means will be considered invalid, and the discount will not be applied.

How to Use the Coupon Code

To apply your coupon code correctly:

1. Open the application form.

2. Navigate to the question: “How did you hear about us?”

3. Select: “Social media or Influencer.”

4. Enter your code in the field labeled:
   “If you have a referral code, please enter it here.”

Validity Period

Coupon codes shared by content creators on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms are valid only for the period specified in the associated content. Once the stated expiration date has passed, the coupon code will no longer be accepted.
