Cyber Monday Promo: Mystery Box T&C

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and eligibility requirements of the Doctors in Italy Mystery Box Promotion (“Promotion”).

By participating, applicants agree to the terms and conditions below. 

Promotional Period
Valid from 27 November to 3 December 2025. Applications submitted before or after this period are not eligible.

Offer Details

During the promotional period, the first 50 successful applicants to any Doctors in Italy 2026 program will receive a Mystery Box valued at €499.

Each Mystery Box includes:

  • Limited-edition merchandise (exclusive hoodie + tote bag, not for sale)
  • A city-specific experience worth €100
  • A tailored Italian lesson bundle 

Items cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Limited Availability

A maximum of 50 Mystery Boxes will be issued. Eligibility is determined strictly in the order that applicants complete all required steps to become a “successful applicant” (defined below).
Successful Applicant Eligibility

To qualify for the Mystery Box, an applicant must:

  • Submit a new application between 27 November and 3 December 2025 using the designated application link or promo code (CYBER499) provided in our Cyber Monday communications.
  • Be officially accepted into a Summer 2026 or Winter 2026/27 program.
  • Confirm their spot by paying the first installment within the deadline in their acceptance email.

Applications submitted before the promotional period, or who do not complete payment, are not eligible. 

Prior applicants also cannot retroactively claim the Mystery Box.
Collection of Items

Information on how to receive the items (both physical and digital components) will be shared after spot confirmation and payment. 
Non-Transferability

The Mystery Box and its contents are non-transferable, non- exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Only the successful applicant may redeem the items.
Cancellation or Withdrawal

Doctors in Italy reserves the right to revoke the Mystery Box if the applicant:

  • Cancels or withdraws from the program
  • Fails to attend the program
  • Misses payment deadlines or does not complete enrollment
  • Violates any program participation terms
Substitutions and Changes

Doctors in Italy may replace items in the Mystery Box with alternatives of equal or greater value if required due to availability or operational needs.

The Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time in exceptional circumstances.
Fair Use & Misconduct

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the Promotion — including duplicate applications, fraudulent submissions, or automated activity — will result in disqualification.
