Payment Installments
Types of Payment Plans
Once you’ve paid your €300 deposit and are officially enrolled, you can choose between two payment options:
- Full Payment: One lump sum, due 90 days before departure.
- Installments: The balance is divided into three equal payments, spaced out based on your booking date and program start date.
Example: If your remaining balance is €4,500 after the deposit, you’ll pay 3 installments of €1,500 each.
Final Payment Deadlines
Installments: Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Full Payment: Due 90 days prior to departure.
How to Set Up Installments
To enroll in a payment plan:
Email shadow@doctorsinitaly.com within 5 days of paying your deposit to request an installment plan.
The team will send a personalized payment timeline with due dates and amounts.
If you don’t contact us within 5 days, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Full Payment Plan.
Example Installment Plan
For a program starting July 14 and booked on October 30 of the previous year:
October 30 – €300 Deposit
January 14 – 1st Installment
March 14 – 2nd Installment
May 14 – Final Installment
July 14 – Program Begins
When to Expect Payment Links
Installments: Links are sent 1 month before each due date.
Full Payment: Link is sent 2 months before the due date.
Payments are made in Euros by credit card via a secure link.
💡 Note: We do not accept bank transfers or PayPal. Currency conversion and international fees are the student’s responsibility.
Changing Your Payment Plan
If you’re on a Full Payment Plan, you can request to switch to Installments up to 5 months before departure by emailing shadow@doctorsinitaly.com.
⚠️ Requests are not guaranteed and depend on available time to divide the payments appropriately.
Missed Payments
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the program without refund, and extensions are not guaranteed.
Coupon Code Usage
Validity Period
Coupon codes shared by content creators on TikTok and Instagram are valid for one year from the date the creator posted the content. After this period, the coupon code will no longer be accepted.
Discount Value
Coupon codes offer a €100 discount on the program, which is applied to your program deposit.
Application Process
To ensure your coupon code is valid, it must be entered in the appropriate field of the application form during the application process.
Codes submitted after the application is completed or shared through any other means will be considered invalid, and the discount will not be applied.
How to Use the Coupon Code
To apply your coupon code correctly:
Open the application form.
Navigate to the question: “How did you hear about us?”
Select: “Social media or Influencer.”
Enter your code in the field labeled:
“If you have a referral code, please enter it here.”
