How does the application process work?

If you’re interested in our program, here’s what you need to know about the application process:

  1. Start by applying to the program online. If you meet the minimum requirements of a 2.5 GP, being 18 years or older, and you qualify for the program, we’ll invite you to book an interview.
  2. During the interview, you’ll talk to a member of our admissions team who will evaluate whether you’re a good fit for the Fellowship. You’ll also have a chance to discuss your motivation and get advice on what to expect.
  3. Within 10 days, you’ll receive a response about your application. If you’re accepted, you can enroll by paying the €300 deposit.
  4. If you’ve chosen a program for credit, you’ll also need to enroll with the institution that provides the credit, either JCU or Arcadia University, depending on your program choice.
  5. We’ll assist you with the enrollment process, collecting documentation and payment, and conducting pre-departure calls for orientation and guidance.
  6. Once you arrive in Italy, we’ll pick you up at the airport and help you check into your accommodation. Your on-site coordinators will be available to support you 24/7 during the program.

If you are not sure which program you wish to join, you can apply for multiple cities, durations, and dates.

During your interview, the admissions coordinator will help advise on which program better aligns with your goals.

If you’re accepted into a program but later realize that you need to make changes, our team is here to help you. We’ll work with you to find a different program that has available spots and ensure a smooth transition.
